High Twelve B-Complex B12 is a high-quality dietary supplement containing B vitamins and choline.
Each Viridian B complex contains the full range of B vitamins plus a higher level of a prominent B vitamin, such as B5 or B12.
In this product we have higher levels of vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.
Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine and the formation of red blood cells, reduces tiredness and fatigue, and normalizes the functions of the nervous system.
B12 also participates in the good functioning of the immune system.
Folic acid - reduces fatigue and has a positive effect on blood cell production, cell division and amino acid synthesis,
Biotin - has a positive effect on the functioning of the nervous system, helps to maintain the proper condition of the mucous membranes and skin, and is involved in maintaining the proper condition of the hair,
B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12) contribute to the reduction of fatigue, normal mental functioning and mental performance, efficient energy metabolism, regulation of hormonal activity, functioning of the immune system, nervous system, cardio, vision, proper condition of the skin, mucous membranes, red blood cells.
The vitamin B complex also contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress. This "oxidative stress" appears to be one of the major factors in disease.
Directions for use: consume 1 capsule every 5 days with a meal. Do not exceed the maximum amount of 1 serving (1 capsule) every 5 days.

Stosowanie:
Spożywać 1 kapsułkę co 5 dzień podczas posiłku. Nie przekraczać maksymalnej ilości 1 porcji (1 kapsułki) co 5 dzień.
Przeciwskazania:
Przed zażyciem preparatu przez kobiety w ciąży i karmiące piersią skonsultować się z lekarzem. Nie stosować preparatu w przypadku nadwrażliwości na którykolwiek z jego składników.
Uwagi:
Suplementy diety nie mogą być stosowane jako substytut (zamiennik) zróżnicowanej diety.
Ważne jest stosowanie zbilansowanej i zróżnicowanej diety oraz zdrowego trybu życia.
