DESCRIPTION:
Cardamom essential oil is extracted from the fragrant seeds of the Elettaria Cardamomum plant, native to India. In traditional Ayurvedic therapies, the spice was used in preparations supporting the body in the fight against the virus and digestive ailments. The practice of aromatherapy uses this oil in a very similar way. This calming oil can help relieve stomach cramps and indigestion. PRODUCT COMPOSITION: 100% cardamom seed oil (Elettaria cardamomum) - ethically harvested cardamom. Naturally occurring allergens: citral, geraniol, limonene and linalool.USE:
In the vaporizer: add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to the vaporizer or burner. Inhalations: add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years of age.) For massage: dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil, such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil per 20 ml of carrier oil. Mix in water.COMMENTS:
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use directly on the skin. Not for children under 5 years old. Consult your doctor before using essential oils during pregnancy. Store in a dry and cool place out of the reach of small children. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your physician before use.
