There are also B vitamins in chaga mushrooms; niacin (B3), riboflavin (B2), pantothenic acid (B5). We also find in it vitamin D, potassium, selenium, iron, zinc, magnesium, calcium. In addition, ergosterol, melanins and a unique enzyme of superoxide dismutase (SOD - Superoxide dismutase) were found in their composition.
