NOW Foods Vitamin D3 Capsules deliver this critical vitamin in a highly absorbable liquid softgel form. The body normally obtains vitamin D from the diet, or it is formed in the skin under the influence of ultraviolet radiation from the sun. However, its content in food is not high. As more and more people avoid sun exposure, supplementation becomes essential to ensure adequate vitamin D intake.
COMPOSITION:
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), beef gelatin, glycerol, extra virgin olive oil.

HOW TO USE:
1 capsule every 2 days with a meal rich in fat.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) of a varied diet.
Only for adults over 75 years of age. Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist. The preparation is not intended for children, pregnant women and nursing mothers. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation. People using anti-psoriasis drugs, thiazide diuretics, with hypercalcemia, kidney disease, hyperparathyroidism, the use of the preparation should be consulted with a doctor.
