USE:
Essential oil should only be used diluted. Examples of use: For mouthwash: 1 drop of oil in a glass of lukewarm water. It works deep in the throat, also where the toothbrush cannot reach. For the bath: add 5-10 drops of oil to the bath water. Recommended time: refreshing bath: 15 minutes, relaxing bath: 20 minutes. For massage: 50 ml of base oil, e.g. coconut oil, mix with 5-10 drops of 24 herb oil. It helps with muscle pain and relieves tension. For the sauna: add 2-6 drops of oil to the water, which we pour over the stones. Provides well-being and refreshing freshness. It has a regenerating effect.COMMENTS:
Essential oils and fragrance oils increase the photosensitivity of the skin - after application, do not use a solarium and avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Do not get in the eyes or on mucous membranes. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age.Składniki:

Przeciwskazania:
Olejki eteryczne i olejki zapachowe zwiększają światłoczułość skóry- po aplikacji nie korzystaj z solarium oraz unikaj bezpośredniej ekspozycji na promienie słoneczne. Nie wprowadzać do oczu i na błony śluzowe. Nie nadaje się dla dzieci poniżej 6 lat.
