Turmeric is a common ingredient in cooking (giving curry its distinct yellow color) and is widely used by Ayurvedic practitioners as a healing agent, both internally and externally. The popularity of turmeric in the West is growing rapidly, mainly due to the increasing number of studies published on the health properties of this Indian spice. The active ingredients called curcuminoids attract the most attention.
Curcumin C3 Complex® is standardized to contain at least 95% curcuminoids and contains:
bisdemethoxy curcumin (2.2-6.5%)
Demethoxy curcumin (15-19%)

Turmeric is most popular for its powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. However, one of the main concerns with turmeric supplementation was its low bioavailability. When ingested, turmeric is rapidly metabolized in the liver and is virtually undetectable in the blood. Research has proven that the active ingredient in black pepper, called piperine, can significantly increase the bioavailability of curcuminoids contained in turmeric. The new advanced Turmeric C3 & Bioperine Extract has been created to improve the absorption and utilization of this powerful compound. The addition of organic turmeric rhizomes containing known and less known bioactive ingredients additionally improves bioavailability and absorption.
How to use: Take 2 capsules once a day. Do not exceed the maximum amount of 1 serving (2 capsules) per day.
NOTES: Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) of a varied diet. Not to be used by pregnant and lactating women. Do not use the preparation in case of hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients.

Stosowanie:
Spożywać 2 kapsułki raz dziennie. Nie przekraczać maksymalnej ilości 1 porcji (2 kapsułek) dziennie.
Przeciwskazania:
Niestosować przez kobiety w ciąży i karmiące piersią. Nie stosować preparatu w przypadku nadwrażliwości na którykolwiek z jego składników.
Uwagi:
