USE:
The recommended daily dose necessary to obtain a beneficial effect: 2-3 capsules a day, 15 minutes before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.STORAGE:

The presence of the following diseases: Diabetes – gymnema may affect blood sugar levels in people with diabetes.
