Apply a small amount to the target area and massage well into the skin. Avoid broken skin and delicate areas such as the eyes. Ideal for use on joints and muscles, as well as for use after training. Reapply when needed. For best results, apply to clean skin. Preferably after a shower or bath, as the skin is warm and the pores are open, which facilitates absorption.
