Selenium is an element with an antioxidant effect, it protects cells and tissues of the body against damage caused by free radicals arising as a result of metabolic transformation. Vitamin E has a similar effect, hence the administration of these two substances at the same time increases their effects.
Selenium along with vitamin E strengthens the functioning of the immune system by increasing the level of immune bodies produced. Selenium helps in removing toxic heavy metals from the body and is involved in the production of prostaglandins - substances that prevent inflammation.
COMPOSITION:
Selenium (as L-selenomethionine), bulking agent: cellulose, carrier: fatty acid (vegetable source), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source).

HOW TO USE:
1 tablet 1-2 times a day with a meal.
