DESCRIPTION:
The composition of the preparation includes ingredients with a large amount of active substances that support healthy sleep. Melatonin is a naturally sleepy hormone. Consumption of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime shortens the time it takes to fall asleep. L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid in the body, e.g. for the synthesis of serotonin and melatonin. Valerian and hop cone contribute to relaxation and facilitate falling asleep. Vitamins B6 and B12 support the proper functioning of the nervous system.INGREDIENTS:
COMPOSITION OF THE PRODUCT:
L-tryptophan, valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis) standardized for the content of min. 0.8% valeric acid, passion flower extract (Passiflora incarnata) standardized to contain min. 4% flavonoids, hop cone extract (Humulus Iupulus) - 10:1, L-theanine, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCL), methionine, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin). Capsule composition: vegetable celluloseActive ingredient 1 capsule

Valerian - extract 50 mg
including valeric acid (0.8%) - 0.4 mg
Passiflora - extract 40 mg

USE:
1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime. Drink plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. NOTE: The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a dark and dry place at room temperature, out of reach of small children.
