COMPOSITION OF THE PRODUCT:
Easy Cleanse AM
common dandelion, Ashwagandha, milk thistle extract, chlorella, bearberry extract, ginger extract, birch beech, parsley, red clover, marshmallow, potassium, chlorophyll, hypromellose, fatty acids (vegetable source), magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source), rice flour.
Easy Cleanse PM
Ojibwa 4:1 blend (burdock, field sorrel, red elm and palm rhubarb), apple pectin powder, glucomannan, organic gum arabic, buckthorn, organic aloe vera, fennel, hypromellose, fatty acid (vegetable source), magnesium salts of acids fatty acids (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, rice flour.
USE:
Step 1: Detox and Capture
To aid natural detoxification processes throughout the day, take 2 Easy Cleanse AM capsules upon waking up with at least 220ml and a light healthy breakfast. In the late morning, take 2 capsules (AM) with at least 220 ml of water with or before lunch.
Step 2: Cleanup and Removal
To maintain your body's natural cleansing processes overnight, take 4 capsules of Easy Cleanse PM before bed with at least 220 ml of water. Remember to drink more water (at least 220 ml) the next morning.
Easy Cleanse is essential in flushing out toxins. It is important to consume adequate amounts of water throughout the day to ensure their complete elimination.
COMMENTS:
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) of a varied diet.
For adults only. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before taking this product if you have a medical condition or are taking any medications. Discontinue use if abdominal pain or diarrhea occurs.

Take the product with 250 ml of pure water. Easy Cleanse® PM: Take 4 capsules of Easy Cleanse PM before going to bed with 250 ml of pure water.
