Glucomannan is a natural, water-soluble dietary fiber obtained from the roots of Konjac (Amorphophallus konjak), also known as the wild boar. This plant is native to Africa and Asia, although it is now also common in the Caribbean and Latin America. More than 600 varieties of yams are known, 95% of which are still grown in Africa. Glucomannan makes up about 40% of the dry weight of the root, which is native to Southeast Asia. It has a long history of use in herbal blends and traditional dishes such as tofu and noodles. Glucomannan has a unique ability to absorb water and is one of the most viscous dietary fibers.INGREDIENTS:
Amorphophallus konjac extract standardized to contain min. 85% glucomannan. Capsule composition: Vegetable cellulose (vegetarian).INGREDIENTS:

USE:
1 capsule 2-3 times a day. Swallow the capsule and drink plenty of water, 15 min. before meals.COMMENTS:
